I Don't Have Worms!

Hey there everybody!! These last two weeks have been stellar. We have been working like crazy!!! Meeting and teaching lots of new people. So far no one has made any progress yet, but this week we had a good group of people we hope are interested.

One major highlight for me this week was finding Gatorade and tortillas!!!!! All the Gatorade flavors are different here but super yummy! With the tortillas I found, I made quesadillas for my companion and I. She had never tried a tortilla before. She liked it. 

I also saw a monkey on the street and got a picture! It was so close to us. 

Last week we had exchanges with the Sister training leaders. So she and I were making contacts in the street and one lady invited us into her house to give her a lesson. It was cool she was so receptive. 

A few days ago in the street a religious group of 13 came up to us. One of them said "we just had a major revelation for you both, it will change your life completely and you won't even understand it". I then said "huh I don't understand." Then one of the ladies in the group said "she already doesn't understand it". Of course all of this was in Portuguese haha, but we thought that was very funny that they said "I already didn't understand their revelation."

We had a zone conference this week too!!! I always like zone conferences. It's fun to talk to all the missionaries. President gave all the missionaries worm pills. He told us to take them and said if we have worms this will get rid of them, cause you'll get sick. Luckily Sister Oliveira and I don't have worms!!! Whew.
